Breathe Easy

Lung, Sinus & Respiratory Reliever:
2-3 drops eucalyptus (helps tight muscles, supports respiratory function)
1-2 drops lemon or lemongrass (analgesic, antiseptic, antimicrobial)
1-2 drops peppermint (promotes clear breathing, increased blood flow))
Can be used as a chest rub and under the nose. Before washing the residue off of your hands, cup them together and inhale. Breathe 2 breaths deeply through the nose, and 2 breaths deeply into the mouth. If completely congested, this will open up the sinuses in less than a minute! You can also take this mixture and diffuse it.

Daily Moisturiser

Daily Moisturizer:
1-2 drops lemon or lemongrass (astringent/toner)
2 drops cypress or frankincense (wrinkle deterrent)
2 drops lavender (calming/relieves redness)
1-2 drops helichrysum ( blood flow/rejuvenation)
2 tsp fractionated coconut oil
Mix this all up and apply to face, neck, and décolletage. Leave it soak in for a few minutes before putting on any make up. Even the coconut alone is beneficial in different ways. Melaleuca is also very effective.


2 tablespoons liquid soap (unscented)
1 tablespoon Fractionated Coconut oil
10 drops essential oils of choice
Method….Pour the soap and fractionated coconut oil into a bottle, add Essential oils, and slowly top up with water, leaving space for pump. Twist the lid on, shake. Some ideas include: OnGuard, Melaleuca and Peppermint or Lemongrass and Rosemary.
